It’s now been well over a week since we were sat sunbathing on the side of the Thermal Baths in Italy…..oh how idyllic that sounds!
What an amazing few days Tabby and I had, researching plenty of retreat and wedding locations, eating all the amazing Italian food and drinking great local wine. We also just had to sample the Theia Thermal Pools and boy was it amazing!
Over 500 square meters of indoor and outdoor thermal pools, fed by the water of the Sillene spring with a selection of water jets, whirlpools, Jacuzzi chairs and rain showers, all ranging from 33 – 39°C…..pure bliss!! The water is so rich in minerals and substances which have anti-inflammatory benefits, as well as being fully natural (no chlorine here!).
As soon as you submerge into the thermal pools you instantly relax, both in mind and in body – the heat from the water is honestly so relaxing and changes in temperature depending on where you are in the pool.
The Baths also has treatment rooms for massages, a spa including a sauna, turkish bath, steam room, emotional showers and relaxation area which we didn’t try on this trip but will be for sure on the next!
One thing we did try whilst enjoying our relaxing few hours was the bistrò, which served some amazing flatbread sandwich style lunch made with beautiful fresh ingredients. It was so lovely to sit poolside soaking up the sun whilst enjoying our lovely lunch!
You can find out more about the Thermal Pools we visited here and we’re going to be including a trip to them on our wellness retreats….coming very soon!
Lots of love,

Take me back!
